Policy/FAQ’s

• Press-ons will be processed within 1-5 days and shipped on the same day the press-ons are completed. Nail charms take 1-2 days to be made and shipped.

•Wholesale orders will be processed with-in 1-2 weeks. If more time is needed the Buyer will be notified and their order will be sent out as it is completed/or in “split shipments”, for an additional fee, to avoid delays.

•Buyers not a resident of the U.S. territory's agree to make payments through PayPal Invoice, and cover all shipping fees associated with their country.

• Buyer agrees to contact the Creator by text, email or Facebook Messenger to discuss nail orders, concerns and any questions they may have. Which can be found on the “Contact Us” and “Meet the Creator” pages.

•Buyer understands they will receive 20 nail charms per order.

•Buyer understands they will receive 10 fully designed press-on nails per order, unless the Creator and Buyer agree otherwise, through the preferred methods of communication.

• Buyer understands that their order(s) will be shipped and fully insured through the United States Postal Service and/or international shipment.

•Buyer understands the chosen shipping method is at the Creators discretion.

•Buyer understands proper preparation of their nail bed’s ensure the longest wearability of their nails once applied.

•Buyer will watch the in-depth video on how to apply and remove Press-on nails located on the “Home” page.

• Buyer will watch the in-depth video on how to size their natural nails located on the “FAQ’s” page.

• Buyer will refer to the “Nail Facts” page for all nail shapes, nail sizes, and nail lengths currently available.

•The Buyer will send their correct nail sizes to the Creator by the preferred methods of communication, previously mentioned, within 24 hours of ordering, unless a sizing kit is ordered.

•No refunds can be issued after Buyer's approval of nails, via the various forms of communication mentioned above, and upon shipment of order.

• The Baddie Aesthetic shop does not take responsibility for the mishandling of any order once it is turned over to the shipping carrier.

• The Baddie Aesthetic shop is not responsible for any allergies or injury the buyer/or wearer may have before, during, or after wearing Baddie Aesthetic’s nails.

•If not paying through the Baddie Aesthetic website. The Buyer agrees to complete their payment through “PayPal” or “Cash” App only and understands free shipping is not offered through these forms of payment.

• Buyer, if necessary, agrees to use The “PayPal” and “Cash” App forms of payment located on the “Contact Us” page. Unless other method of payment is agreed upon by the Creator and Buyer.
